1. Is there any fee to Sign up into Amber IT IP Phone?

Ans: No. There is no sign up fee for Amber IT IP Phone!

2. What does it take to open an account?

Ans: It's very simple to open an account. You need a local operator number and your valid NID card to create a new account.

3. How many accounts can be opened with one NID card?

Ans: Only one account can be activated with one NID card.

4. How long does it take to verify the account?

Ans: The account will be verified within 24 hours Max.

5. What is the call rate?

Ans: 40 poisa per minute.

6. How to Sign up into Amber IT IP phone?

Ans: Go to the Play store/App store to download Amber IT IP Phone application. First you need to provide your local phone number to get the OTP.

After verifying the OTP, you need to upload your Profile photo, Name, NID card number, NID front side photo and NID back side photo.

After uploading all valid information, your account is ready. Your account will be verified within 72 hours. After verifying account, you will be able to make GSM call.

7. How to recharge through bkash?

Ans: Tap Shop menu> choose Recharge by debit/credit/mobile banking option> Type your Recharge amount> choose Mobile Banking option> Tap bKash icon> Insert your bKash number.

Few second later, you get an OTP to your bkash number. Input the OTP and bkash PIN to complete recharge process.

8. How to transfer balance?

Ans: Tap Shop icon> Tap Balance Transfer menu> Type Operator Number (Including 880) into Destination Number or Search Number by using Search Icon> Input Transfer Amount> Tap Tick mark> Get Balance Transfer notification.

9. How to save contact number?

Ans: Tap Dialpad icon> Enter Mobile Number> Now Press Add Contact icon> Enter New contact holder's First Name, Last Name and Add Photo (Optional)> Check the information again and Tap to Tick icon> Contact Saved.
